Returns & Exchanges

 

In most cases, you can return items within 30 days from the ship date.

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 30 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). The supplier must receive your item back within 30 days of when it was originally shipped it to you. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. You must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 15%. Product exchange is an option once  the original is returned a new product will be ordered as long as stock is available.

We cannot accept the return of certain items, body jewelry, software, factory-sealed sports collectible sets, and perishable products (food items, chocolates, plants & flowers). Other select items, as noted.

RMA INSTRUCTIONS

Select My Account and then select the Orders option then select return (item) s, request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

Note: Packages must have RMA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
